I. Overview:

KYN61-40.5 (Z) armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, and distribution rooms of industrial and mining enterprises, and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. 

This product complies with the standards: GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", IEC60298 "AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltage above 1kV and below 50kV"

II. Terms of Use

--Surrounding air temperature: maximum temperature+40 ° C. Minimum temperature -10 ° C;

--Altitude: ≤ 1000m;

--Relative humidity around: daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%;

--Surrounding air: Not suitable for places with corrosion, severe pollution, flammable gases, and severe vibrations;

--If an earthquake occurs, the intensity of the earthquake cannot exceed magnitude 8.

III. Structural characteristics

The switchgear structure is designed according to the standards of GB3906-2006 and IEC298 for armored metal enclosed switchgear, and is composed of two parts: the cabinet body and the withdrawable part (handcart). The cabinet structure is assembled and bolted together to form a combination. The interior of the switch cabinet is divided into a circuit breaker room, a main busbar room, a cable room, and a relay instrument room using metal partitions. The protection level of the shell reaches IP3X, and the protection level between each compartment is IP2X. All metal structural components are reliably grounded, and there are independent pressure release channels for exhaust between the compartments of the main circuit system.

Handcarts can be divided into circuit breaker handcarts, voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, isolation handcarts, etc. according to their purposes. All types of handcarts have the same external dimensions, and handcarts with the same purpose have good interchangeability; The handcart has a testing/isolation position and a working position inside the cabinet, and each position is equipped with an interlocking device to ensure that the handcart cannot move freely when it is in the above two positions.
